Why are you charging me for a "sample" bottle?
     ~ Charges cover the costs of freight both to myself & to you as well as for all packaging 
        materials.

I live outside of the US. Why can't I get the Intro Pack?
     ~ Due to various labeling restrictions in each country we are unable to provide world wide 
        shipment for the Intro Pack. Full bottles of our products are sold outside of the US in the 
        following countries: Canada, Caribbean, Philippines, Australia, Singapore and Japan.
